Edible San Antonio is finally here!

Edible San Antonio is San Antonio's newest publication. The magazine tells the story about San Antonio's growing and exhilarating food scene, stories about those who till and toil to bring you the freshest foods, local artisans, vintners, chefs and more! Join us for the launch of the premiere issue Sept. 30 with 15 of San Antonio's finest mixologists and chefs from the top spots in SA. We'll be at San Antonio's culinary hub at The Pearl Stable at the historic Pearl Brewery.

What to expect:
 
Dr. Carmen TaFolla, the first Poet Laureate of the City of San Antonio, will perform the special poem she wrote for the premiere issue! The cover of the inaugural edition will be unveiled! Every guest will receive a copy of the magazine and some little gifts we are putting together. Great LOCAL food and great LOCAL beverages! All ticket holders will have chances to win some terrific door prizes throughout the evening and of course, there will be a little jazz!

This event is hosted by The San Antonio Cocktail Conference and The Pearl and benefits Houston St. Charities and San Antonio Time Dollar.
